Please read these terms carefully before enrolling your child or using the Lazzord educational platform.
§1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lazzord platform ('Lazzord', 'we', 'our', or 'us'), creating an account, or purchasing any educational subscription, you ('Parent', 'Guardian', or 'User') agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our services.
§2. Educational Services & Live Lessons
Lazzord provides interactive live online classes in Holy Quran, Arabic language, Prophetic Seerah, and Islamic values for children and youth. Our instructors are qualified educators and scholars from reputable institutions, including Al-Azhar University. Lessons are conducted virtually via secure video-conferencing technology.
§3. Parental Responsibility & Account Creation
All accounts must be registered and maintained by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. Parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring their children attend scheduled sessions punctually in a conducive learning environment.
§4. Student Code of Conduct & Safeguarding
Lazzord is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and nurturing Islamic environment. Students are expected to treat teachers and peers with courtesy and Islamic adab (etiquette). Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
§5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Subscription fees for individual or family plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle through secure payment processors. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support before the next billing cycle. Refund requests for missed sessions are subject to our standard rescheduling guidelines.
§6. Intellectual Property & Study Materials
All curricula, syllabi, interactive lesson materials, slide decks, recordings, and digital worksheets provided by Lazzord remain the proprietary intellectual property of Lazzord. Materials are licensed strictly for the personal, non-commercial educational use of enrolled students and may not be distributed or reproduced.
§7. Limitation of Liability
Lazzord makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted platform availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to internet outages or third-party telecommunication issues. Lazzord shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions.
